This was my first time with a removal. Carmen was so good with me. She was informative and gentle. She was also very supportive and candid. She was quick and I very much appreciated it! Overall from start to finish and including my consultation with Lauren, who was also incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and accommodating all of my needs. From scheduling the consultation to completing my first treatment, the entire process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. I was honestly surprised by how seamless everything went. During my first session, I was taken care of by Carmen, who is an absolute sweetheart. She guided me through every step and took her time explaining everything in detail. She was pleasant, professional, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The zap is definitely painful, but nothing unmanageable. What I appreciated most was that Carmen followed up with me the next day to check on how I was doing. I would give Removery ten stars if I could. This is a wonderful Removery location and I've been to a few of them! It's not in a high traffic space so if you're like me and get nervous for your appointment it's great not having a bunch of stimuli around. Carmen is amazing and explained what she was doing every step of the way. These treatments hurt and I never get used to the process so I really appreciated Carmen taking her time and keeping me informed until we were done. I was hesitant about trying a new location after I moved to Staten Island but will definitely be returning here for the remainder of my appointments. Thank you, Carmen!
